Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed following your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or credit.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from store.dietzandwatson.com for a full refund within 30 days following the original date of purchase.

Final sale items may not be returned.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases, they can only be returned through our online return system.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Bathing suits, swim trunks and boxers may not be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of purchase.

3. Drop off the box at your nearest UPS/Fedex/Post Office.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
